Contractual Rules
The Contract between Net Group Limited and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if partial, of the order by Net Group Limited. This acceptance is automatic, unless the customer receives a communication of any kind.
Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation is left out, as well as any contractual or extra contractual responsibility concerning direct and indirect damages to people/things, caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order.
The offers of the products and their prices are valid until they are still visible on the website and until the end of resources.
In case of refusal of the goods, without any previous communication given by the customer before shipping, the customer must refund the costs we had. Click here to see the costs.
Returns
Our aim is to make our customers satisfied with the purchase done. Otherwise, the customer has the right to give back the item, even without any reason, in no more than 14 calendar days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customer should simply inform us writing an email to the following e mail address: support@babypromo.co.uk
Once we received the e-mail,we will send to the customer the correct address where the returned goods should be forwarded.
If the customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he should enclose a declaration with the following informations:
- Full name (Name and Surname);
- The Number of the order;
- Iban and Name of the Bank Account Holder if the payment was made through bank transfer or COD.
However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The right of withdrawal is applied to the product in its entirety, not to a single part of it.
- The products must be returned intact and in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (packaging and any documentation and accessories included); to limit damages to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box; it should be avoided in any case the attachment of labels or tapes directly on the original packaging of the product;
- As by law enacted, the shipping costs for the return of the items are at the expense of the customer;
- The shipment, until the product arrives to our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- If goods are damaged during shipping, Baby Promo will inform the customer (within 5 days after having received goods in the warehouse), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the courier of his choice in order to obtain a reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, canceling the request for withdrawal;
- Baby Promo is not responsible in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned through uninsured shipments;
Baby Promo will deduct a percentage from the refund due, but no more than 10% of it, because of the cost of restoration.
Please note that according to the current regulations, the refund is provided for the net of the expenses (COD and shipping).
The refund will be made through the same method of payment used for the initial purchase, unless the customer asks for a different option or in case of payment on delivery for the initial purchase.
In this very last case, the customer should indicate in the request of withdraw the bank details (IBAN and Account holder) on which baby promo could give money back.
Warranty
All products sold by Net Group Ltd are covered both by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the 24-month warranty for any flaws of production, according to Chapter 378 of the section 78 of the Consumer Affairs Act of Maltese legislation.
To receive assistance while the item is in escrow, the customer has to keep the invoice received by mail. Warranty may include the possibility to ask for assistance to Authorized Service Centers in the area and /or follow the procedures outlined in the documents included in the package of the product.
As concerning the manufacturer's standard warranty, it is provided in the way it is described in the documents included in the package of the product.
After the intervention of the Authorized Service Center, if the defect results as not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required from the Authorized Assistance, as well as shipping costs, if supported by Baby Promo.
The guarantee under Chapter 378 of the section 78 of the Consumer Affairs Act can be applied to the product which shows a lack of conformity, as long as the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use following the instructions given in the technical guide included in the package. This guarantee is only for private consumption.
In case of lack of conformity, Net Group Ltd provides for the restoration/the replacement of the product or to the reduction of its price, without any cost for the customer, until the end of the contract.
If the Authorized Service Center, after its intervention, believes that the defect of the product is not caused by a lack of conformity in accordance with Chapter 378 of the section 78 of the Consumer Affairs Act, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Authorized Service, as well as shipping costs if incurred by Baby Promo.
Replacement or Repairing Time depends only on policies of the manufacturer and any damage of any kind can be asked to Net Group Ltd because of delay due to restoration or replacement.
In case Net Group Ltd isn’t able, for any reason, to give back an item (replaced or repaired) which is still in escrow, it can go on to refund, at its own discretion, the amount paid for the item or to replace it with another product which has the same or superior features.
If the application of guarantee provides for the return of the item, it must be given back by the customer in its original package, complete in all its parts (accessories, documents and everything found in the package); to limit damages to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box; it should be avoided in any case the attachment of labels or tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.
Payment Methods
Credit Card or Prepaid Card on Paypal
When customer has completed its order, he will be automatically transfered to the secure Paypal website, where he can make the payment through his own Paypal account or Credit Card, or Prepaid card. The charge on the Paypal account or on the Credit Card will be done contextually to the order. The order will be sent to the address the customer indicates on Paypal.
Bank Transfer
If the customer choose to pay through bank transfer, the order will be sent only after having effectively received money on our bank account. The customer has to pay the total amount of his order.

The reason for payment should include the number of the order and the Name and Family Name of the buyer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
The customer can choose to pay cash on delivery with an increasement of payment of £3.50. If the customer decides to pay on delivery when the courier arrives to consign the package, he could pay only by cash. Bank check is not allowed.
The payment must be done through cashier’s check headed to the Courier if the amount of the COD is over £3000.
Shipping methods
Baby Promo delivers its products through an express courier with whom our customer could follow the delivery thanks to a tracking number.
We guarantee shipping in one day for all the orders which have available products made by noon of the same working day, if the payment is done through Credit Card,Paypal and COD (Cash on delivery).
If a customer buy a product marked by the voice "Available in 30 days", the product itself and the whole order, will be sent within 30 days considering the date of the order, even if there are some available products in it.
Delivery time is only approximate, and even if real, BabyPromo won't take charge of any delay.
As a consequence, in no way, BabyPromo will be charged for direct and indirect damages due to delayed delivery time.
When the courier arrives, the customer is asked to check:
- number of the packages (to see if they correspond to the freight document)
- integrity of the package (to se if it is perfectly sealed and in no way altered)
If there are any damages to the package or the product itself and if there are some missing packages, the customer must immediately communicate everything to the courier, writing the voice GOODS UNCHECKED BECAUSE OF DAMAGED PACKAGE, WET PACKAGE, MISSING PIECES. So on the delivery order the customer must specify the reason of the goods unchecked. Once signed the document to the courier, the customer couldn't make any protest concerning the external features of what he received.

Shipping To Uk and Ireland
Delivery Time to Uk and Ireland is 1/5 working days.Shipping costs is £ 10.00 and it never changes according to the number of products you buy. Only if you choose a product which belongs to the heavy categories such as Wardrobe, Chest of drawees, Dressers, which need to be send on wooden platforms, the cost changes according to the weight of the product itself. Shipment will be done through the TNT Courier.
Shipping to Italy
Delivery Time to Italy is 1/2 working days. Shipping costs are estimated according to the total amount of the order as showed in the following chart:
